3rd graders used a Venn Diagram to compare and contrast Halloween and Día de los Muertos. Then, this week they became masters at decorating their first Calavera de Azúcar at school. 💀🎉

November 2 is the official Día de los Muertos date. 6th graders continued to showcase their creative Shoebox Ofrendas at school. These students dedicated the ofrendas to grandparents, uncles, celebrities including Aretha Franklin and Michael Jackson to name a few.
