Winners are randomly chosen each week based on the students with the highest percentage of points earned. They get to choose a prize from the reward wagon. HCGC staff is taking a deep dive into developing a Trust Action Plan as part of their ongoing Leader In Me training with LIM Coach, Susan Jobe. Equipping staff and students with leadership skills through trust behaviors in order to the stage for success this school year.

HCGC had the opportunity to share their experiences and success as a Lighthouse Leader In Me school at the Lighthouse Team Retreat: Strengthening Leadership and Impact in Northwest Arkansas this week. The retreat brought together participating and prospective Leader In Me schools. Lighthouse Coordinator, Courtney Ball, and Leader In Me Client Partner, Amber Moss discussed building and sustaining school culture.
