Good evening MST 2nd grade parents. We regret to inform you that the 2nd grade field trip to the zoo that was scheduled for tomorrow, October 25th, has been cancelled. We have been monitoring the weather closely all day. With the chance of rain now up to an 80% chance, we feel this is the best decision for our students. Your child's teacher will send communication out in the near future regarding when this field trip will be rescheduled. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tickets are still available at MSD Central Office until 4 p.m. or at the door tomorrow night.

MST Discovery Class with Mrs. Lantrip - K-2nd students planted these Lima bean plants five weeks ago in Discovery class.
The Lima bean plants outgrew the small cup they were originally planted in five weeks, ago. 6th grade student’s Nicholas and Rylie transplant Lima bean plants to bigger pots. Lastly, these plants will be taken to the MST greenhouse so they will continue to grow.

Tomorrow, your student will bring home a paper packet of work. These packets will have 5 days worth of work. This work will be used in the event the district is closed due to inclement weather or for any other reason. There will be a cover sheet explaining the procedure on how and when to complete the work.
