We were honored to welcome Dr. Beatrice Harris from Tennessee State University, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk on the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and managing stress. Dr. Harris shared practical strategies for making better food choices, staying active, and finding balance between academics and personal well-being.
Her relatable approach resonated with students, who eagerly participated in a Q&A session and reflected on how small, consistent lifestyle changes can lead to lasting improvements in their overall health. Dr. Harris’s empowering message encouraged our students to take ownership of both their physical and mental wellness — in and out of the classroom.
