Marion Junior High Assertive Discipline Policy

1. Be in assigned seat, ready to work, when bell rings.
2.  Have paper, pencils, books, completed assignments necessary for class activities.
3.  Keep hands, feet, books, and other objects to self.
4.  No talking out of order, teasing, swearing, rude gestures, or other put-downs.  
5.  Follow Directions of Teacher.

Company Policies for C/O Employees

Personal Appearance and Grooming:
·       Employees are expected to follow traditional modes of dress while working
·       Clothing should be in good repair, clean, neat and appropriate…..check company policies. (placeCityMarion handbook)

Working Hours and Breaks:
·       Full-time employees are expected to work 50 minutes per day with occasional overtime required
·       You should be at your workstation prepared to work on time
·       Employees will have traditional holiday breaks and weekend time off for good behavior.  Work on weekends (Saturday school) will be given to those who break company policy. (Marion handbook rules)

Compensation:
·       You will be compensated every nine weeks according to the pay (grade) scale with respect to your output and performance
·       Bonuses are paid for work over and above the call of duty (what is expected of all employees) (Bonus Points, of course)
·       You can expect to be promoted faster than at any other time in your life
·       You will gain valuable hands-on experience, self-understanding, positive self-esteem, and important life skills to aid you in the world of work

Safety and Personal Conduct:
·       Stop accidents before they happen.  Ask first!
·       Keep hands, feet, and other objects in your personal work station
·       There will be absolutely no profanity, ridicule of fellow employees, obnoxious noises, projectiles thrown or disruptions of any kind during the designated work hours
·       Always follow the directions of the operation manager, the safety procedures, the personal conduct listed, and the official company handbook
·       Always treat your fellow employees and supervisors with respect
