All students are expected to complete 4 hours of English credit during their high school career.

*Students must score proficent on the End of Level Literacy Exam that is taken by all 11th graders.
If a student is not proficient, he/she must complete a semester of Literacy Enrichment their senior year.

All AP students must sign a contract before enrolling in an AP course.
Honor Graduation requires 3 of the 4 years of English to be Pre-AP,
AP English Literature or AP English Language.
