We are extremely proud of our 2007 boys and girls cross country teams. The boys were 6-A East Conference Champions and Class 6-A State Champ Runner-up.

2006 Season
We grew a lot this year! The athletes trained hard even though they played other sports, band, basketball, football, and worked other jobs. The training paid off!
All-State: Cabryna Butcher, 7 seconds behind first place finisher, 2nd out of 50 girls in 6A
All-Conference:
(boys) Andrew Gattis, Corey Bailey, Kolby Jones, Preston Brickey, Blane Britton
(girls) Cabryna Butcher and Stephanie Stafford
Boys team finished 3rd out of nine 6A teams. They were just a slim 17 points behind conference leader, Mountain Home. Our boys averaged a 19:20 min. 5K. Top five finishers were Preston Brickey finished 9th, Kolby Jones 12th, Blane Britton 24th, Andrew Gattis 26th, and Corey Bailey 27th overall out of 66 boys.
Completed at least 100 miles during training:
All of the above, plus Joanna Taylor, Laquita Sampley, Jordan English, Cameron Stanford, Roy Gaitlin, Robert Teed, and Mavrick Drewery
