185 Day Contract - Work Schedule
(Instructional Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Aides)
All 185-day contract employees will work both Parent/Teacher Conference nights and Fall Staff Development Days. After the Christmas break, all 185-day employees will return to work on the day students return to class.
As we have done in the past on Parent/Teacher Conference days, classified employees will follow this schedule: clock in as usual in the morning and do not clock out until they leave that night. Do not clock out for breaks or lunch.

Contracts over 185 days - Work Schedule
(Secretaries and Office Assistants)
Classified employees who have a contract for more than 185 days will work both Parent/Teacher Conference nights and Fall Staff Development Days. After the Christmas break, all 185-day employees will return to work when the faculty returns.
As we have done in the past on Parent/Teacher Conference days, classified employees will follow this schedule: clock in as usual in the morning and do not clock out until they leave that night. Do not clock out for breaks or lunch.
