Wide ruled notebook paper – 3 large packs
#2 pencils (buy a bunch and dole out 2 a week)
7 folders with pockets and 3 prongs (1 of each color – red, pink, yellow, green, purple, blue, orange)
Stenographer’s Pad
Composition Notebook
White school glue (no colored)
2 glue sticks
Colored Pencils
2 boxes of crayons (24 count)
Black Sharpie
Large zipper pouch for crayons and pencils (No boxes)
Fiskar scissors
2 large boxes Kleenex

Gallon Ziploc bags Quart Ziploc bags
with zippers with zippers

Your child’s teacher might request other items.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:
1. mechanical pencils
2. trapper keepers
3. markers
4. rolling backpacks (If your child is upstairs, they are difficult to control on the stairs)
MES will require classroom agendas for third grade. These may be purchased in the school office beginning August 7, 2006.
